What we collect
When you send an inquiry or a question through the form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, optionally your company, phone number and delivery address, your message and any drawings, 3D models or other files you attach. To protect the form against spam we also briefly process the sender’s IP address — stored only in an irreversibly encoded form and deleted after 10 minutes.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to answer your question, prepare a quote and, if you order, make your parts (steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Protecting the form against abuse is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not share your drawings with third parties or use them for any other purpose.
Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted at the latest two years after our last contact. Order documentation is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Processors
The website and email are hosted by Telekom Slovenije, d.d., which processes data only on our behalf. We do not transfer data to countries outside the EU.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The map on the Contact page is loaded from Google Maps only when you click “Show map”; from then on Google may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to object. Email us at info [at] levstek.eu. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
